Information From Your Connected Social Accounts

When you connect a social media account, we collect:

Account profile information (name, username, profile photo, bio)
Page and account IDs necessary to publish content
Performance analytics (reach, impressions, engagement rates)
Audience demographic data provided by the Social Platform's API (in aggregate only)

We only access the specific permissions you grant when connecting each account. We do not access your private messages or contacts on any Social Platform.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Platform, we automatically collect:

Log data including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited
Device information (operating system, screen resolution)
Usage data (features used, content scheduled, time spent)
Cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and improve the Platform

Information About Your Clients

If you use our lead capture, booking, or invoicing features, we may process personal information about your clients on your behalf. In this context, you are the data controller and we are a data processor acting on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process your clients' data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Platform
Process your payments and manage your subscription
Publish content to your connected social accounts as you instruct
Send you transactional emails (receipts, scheduling confirmations, password resets)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your content or social account data for advertising purposes unrelated to operating the Platform.

4. Social Platform Data

Data received from Social Platforms through their APIs is subject to those platforms' respective privacy policies. We handle Social Platform data in compliance with each platform's developer terms, including:

We do not store Social Platform user data beyond what is necessary to display analytics in your dashboard
We do not transfer Social Platform data to advertising networks or data brokers
We do not use Social Platform data to build profiles on individuals who have not agreed to our Terms
You may revoke our access to any connected Social Platform account at any time

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for account recovery, after which it is permanently deleted. Analytics and aggregated usage data may be retained in anonymized form for longer periods.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures including encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest, and access controls limiting which team members can access your data. No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and analyze Platform usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality. We do not sell your data regardless of cookie settings.
